Our mission is to inspire people to take action! If you have been always procrastinating then this is time to take action.
Everything is run online via the private Facebook group so you could be anywhere in the world and join this fantastic challenge. Once you joined 21 day challenge you’ll be added to the private group on Facebook where you will interact with the group so that you can all support each other through your journey.

Keeping cool . . .
We naturally crave refreshing, water-filled fruits and vegetables such as watermelon, grapes and cucumbers when it’s hot. These foods help to cool us down and they’re easy to digest.
It’s also important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids when the temperature soars, but you’re better off drinking fluids at room temperature.
We are back outdoors!!
